A founding member of Tribe8, Leslie Mah also collaborates with other bands including the all-Asian The Dragon Ladies and War Pigs, a Sabbath cover band. Mah instantly became the femme "teen idol" of the band. Onstage, her sexual energy and bravado leaves a memorable impression. Shut Up White Boy, is an all-queer and API collaborative 16mm black & white film, telling the story of a 'yellow-fevered' white boy’s exotification of a group of Asian dykes which turns into MSG nightmares. The film screened at Frameline Gay & Lesbian International Film Festival and Outfest.
